Delivering Property Solutions

Completion of a 2 year assignment at Staffordshire University, part of which was to lead on the development of their new masterplan  involving the withdrawal from its Stafford campus as well as planned capital investment of c £190M as part of its 10 year Capital Programme. This was developed and initial projects delivered whilst leading its Estates Department.
